Flora by Crossroads Hotel is an oasis in the midst of the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur. The surrounding lush greenery inspired its hip and contemporary interior style. With its strategic location, you can take a short walk to reach the Malaysian iconic landmarks, the KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC). There are also a number of nearby options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. In addition, the hotel has easy access to the monorail, LRT stations and bus network so everything is within reach.
When we first met with Mr. Arian Lakhiani, the hotel’s Manager, the existing online strategy was highly dependent on OTAs. Bulk of the leisure bookings are coming from their top OTAs, thus, resulting in lower ADR and gross revenue. This led to the need to attract more Direct Bookings.
Another concern was the ongoing price war among hotels brought by the drive to recover and get bookings post pandemic.
