Product Specialist Responsibilities:

• Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
• Collaborating and strategizing with the business and development teams.
• Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
• Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
• Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.

Product Specialist Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience with a relevant bachelor’s degree
• Relevant working experience in hospitality or customer service would be an added advantage
• Basic IT knowledge and understanding
• Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving and active listening
• Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
• Strong knowledge of the chosen industry, including its practices, competitors and typical problems that it faces
• Deadline-driven and time management skills
• Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
• A strong growth mindset and result oriented
• Able to work independently and high sense of responsibility
