First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our customer, for your continued support and confidence in UbiQ. It is with great pride that I write and welcome you to our first edition of UbiQ Global Solutions Newsletter, a quarterly issue, which seeks to keep you abreast of all the latest developments within the company.

The changing profile of the traveler has led hoteliers to re-think how businesses should be run for the future. The need to enable guests to interact with the hotel from Anywhere, Anyhow and Anytime, is becoming a necessity and key differentiator. Hotels, today, not only have to provide good service and good facilities, but also maintain constant communication with the guest. To better serve their guests, hotels need to embrace and invest in information technology to achieve their objectives for the future.

In response to this growing need, UbiQ commits and continues to focus on providing a holistic approach to Guest Experience touch-points, using technology which is subtle and yet, friendly. Over the past 5 years, we invested heavily in developing Qikinn© Application Suite, an innovative Next Generation Guest Management Solutions, that offers hotels greater flexibility in creating, and speed in delivering unique Guest Experience. Today, these new technologies have already been successfully deployed to many customers' sites in the Asia region. In the coming months, we are expanding our operations further across Asia and other region of the world as a result from the responses we received for our new technologies.

Importantly, we understand your business needs and appreciate the challenges you face. As your technology partner, we will continue to work closely with you to identify the unique areas of guest experience enhancement and strive to provide you with the new solutions.
